Prices for Student Hall Providers

Our Property Platform is a low-cost way for Private Hall Providers to advertise buildings to students from 25 different London-based universities. You can list as many buildings as you like, and detail different room types & price points.

You can also pay extra to highlight or feature your properties. Highlighting a property gives it a prominent background. Featuring a property displays it on our platform homepage and moves it to the top of the search results page.

Costs (per property, per month excl VAT)

Highlighted property: £50

Featured property: £150

Prices for Student Hall Providers

On 20th July 2022 we will be making updates to the SPCE platform, to provide an updated and simplified platform, which we hope will improve the user experience.

For all registered and new users, there will be no charge for the first year post update up to July 2023. From July 2023, any new

and existing property providers will pay a simple annual fee as detailed below.
