Coming in March 2020

We are excited to inform you that we will be launching a brand new property platform in March 2020. 

As before, the platform will allow Landlords and Letting Agents to advertise rooms, flats and houses to the thousands of students looking for private rented accommodation in London.

Students are used to sophisticated platforms that have the latest technology and are easy to use and navigate around. The new platform will bring them this and much more! We have partnered with an exciting new developer who has helped us to create the technology-driven answer to the student accommodation market.

Students will be able to use our new app to search for their accommodation, book viewings and to communicate directly via the app with their landlord throughout their entire tenancy period. From signing up to reporting repairs during their tenancy the new platform will give our students confidence and security that all of our landlords and agents are vetted and the entire process can be carried out with full transparency within the app.

For landlords, the platform will also bring many technological advances including online contract signing, rent collection and a landlord dashboard to allow tracking of property performance. 

There will also be an agency dashboard and an API to allow letting agents to automatically send properties from their own systems to be advertised on our platform.

Our new platform will launch on the 3rd March 2020. 

We will contact currently registered landlords and agents nearer the time to ask you re-register on the new platform so you can start taking advantage of its new benefits.

The system will go live to students on the 30th of April 2020.


Current system closes 31st of January 2020

The current system will close on the 31st of January to allow us the time to make the transition. 

If you are a new landlord or letting agent looking to register with us, we would advise you to wait until the new system launches in March. The same applies for existing customers with annual registrations due for renewal soon.

If you have accommodation to let in December and January then you can still advertise this as normal until the 31st of January as students will also continue to use the service until this time. We will issue pro-rata refunds on all annual payments to existing customers as part of the transfer to the new platform.

We won’t be transferring landlord and agent details to the new system and instead will require existing customers to register again when we launch. 

Currently registered landlords and agents are advised to save any information you require from your property adverts (including photos) before 31st of January. After this time there will be no access to the old system.
