    Terms & Conditions

    Lower rates have a minimum stay of 24 weeks, higher rates apply to shorter stays. Minimum age 18. Stays must begin and end on Saturdays or Sundays. There will be no refund for cancellations received more than 14 days after confirmation of booking. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of confirmation will be refunded in full, minus the booking fee. Bookings confirmed less than 6 weeks prior to arrival cannot be cancelled or refunded. A refundable deposit of £250 per person will apply. No refund for curtailment of stay, postponement or no-show. A booking fee of £25 per person will apply. Bookings departing in October, November and December will not be accepted. Rates are valid until 31 August 2016, but may be subject to change.
