From November 2002 when we launched our current website, we have received over 1,000,000 unique visitors.
Each individual computer that has accessed the site is counted as a unique visitor. Each unique visitor is only counted once, no matter how many times they visit the site (Therefore, college library computers that will have been used by many students over the years will only ever have been counted once).
