What can I find on your database?
We carry a wide range of offers of housing on our website. Please find below a list of all the different kinds of offers, together with how to find them onthe database.
- Complete Flats/Houses
- Rooms in shared flats/houses
- Rooms with a resident landlord
- Rooms in larger developments
- Other housing options not on our database
Flats/Houses

- New property
If you are part of a group of students looking for a house or flat, you can search our database for offers made available either directly by the landlord or via a letting agent.
You can also look for Studio Flats for both single and double occupancy.
If you are not already part of a group, you can form a group through the flatsharing messageboard on the London Student Housing Guide website.
If you cannot find what you are looking for on our database, you may wish to look through our registered letting agents own websites. They will often only post a small selection of available properties on our website but will put their full portfolio on their own websites.
Rooms in a shared house/flat
Many of our landlords will rent out their properties on a room by room basis. This is much less common with letting agents.
Rooms with resident landlord

We have a large number of landlords and landladies offering rooms in their own home. Because there is a good supply of these kinds of rooms, they are often cheaper than other offers of housing.
However, how successful it is depends entirely on your relationship with your landlord or landlady.
Rooms in larger developments
There are a number of privately run Halls of Residence and Independent Student Hostels registered with us.
If you are looking for these they are currrently advertised, they can be found here.
