We manage 22 flats on Gower Street for full-time University of London postgraduate students. Each flat is fully furnished and has a dishwasher and washing machine.

The leases will run from 24 September 2012 to 16 September 2013. There will be no notice to quit in the tenancy agreement, if you wish to leave before the end of the tenancy then you will need to find a full-time University of London postgraduate student to replace you.
The majority of the flats in the building are for couples. There are some flats for individual students and 1 flat for a family (1 couple and a child over 5 years of age).
Rents will include heating/hot water and wi-fi internet access. They will not include electricity or telephone bills. The deposit will be 1 month's rent. You will also need to pay for the proportion of the first month's rent in advance, i.e 24.09.12 - 30.09.12.
All tenants are asked to provide a tenant reference and a guarantor. Guarantor's do NOT need to be living in the UK.
