Clandon House is located in Finchley, North London and is managed by the University of London Property Management Unit for full-time University of London degree students.  Please note that we cannot house first year undergraduate or PhD writing up students at this property.

Clandon House consists of 3 blocks of 21 flats accommodating 97 students.  Each flat has a shared kitchen, bath/shower and WC. All kitchens and bathrooms have been recently refurbished. There is a washing machine in each flat.

Off street parking is available in the car park at the back of the block.  Cutlery, crockey, pillows and blankets etc are not supplied, although the Warden will be selling a limited number of bedding packs.  Please ask for more information.

Standard room £402.00 pcm
Large room £415.00 pcm

Deposit is £500 per person.  Gas central heating and electricity charges are not included in the rent.

Leases start on 15 September 2012 to 31 July 2013 and may be extended to 31 August 2013
