Clandon House is located in Finchley, North London and is managed by the University of London Property Management Unit for full-time University of London degree students. From 2010, we will also be offering this property to City University, London Metropolitan University, Middlesex University, University of Westminster and The University of the Arts.

 Please note that we cannot house first year undergraduate or PhD writing up students at this property.

Clandon House consists of 3 blocks of 21 flats accommodating 97 students.  Each flat has a shared kitchen, bath/shower and WC. All kitchens and bathrooms have been recently refurbished. There is a washing machine in each flat.

 Off street parking is available in the car park at the back of the block.  Cutlery, crockey, pillows and blankets etc are not supplied, although the Warden will be selling a limited number of bedding packs.  Please ask for more information.

Deposit is £400 per person.  Gas central heating and electricity charges are not included in the rent.

Leases start on 18 September 2010 to 31 July 2011 and may be extended to 4 September 2011.   One of the blocks is having the kitchens and bathrooms refurbished and so the lease on this block will start later, on 25 September 2010 to 31 July 2011
