All Halls of Residence listed on this site have been visited by the ULHS. However, these Halls are not owned or run by the University of London. They are either privately owned or run as charities. If they are owned privately then we will expect them to sign up to the ANUK Code of Standards for larger developments.
In the case of a new Hall which is still being built when you book or one that is being redeveloped, there will always be a risk that the proposed work will not be compeleted by the date that you are due to move in. It is always advisable to discuss with the provider their plans in case this happens.
