Invitation to Student Housing Fair and other events

In May each year we host a Housing Fair for students to mark the start of their house hunting for the upcoming academic year. All registered Letting Agents wil recieve an invite to exhibit at this event (at an additional cost.)

In 2011, we had more than 1000 students attend the event and 38 exhibitors made up of Letting Agents, Landlords, Private student developers, insurance compaies and other information stalls. This is a very popular event with our Letting Agents and offers an opportunity to meet a large amount of students who are looking for private accommodation. We also hold Flatsharing events in September each year for those students still seeking accommodation and others to share with and offer our registered Letting Agents an opportunity to attend these events.

Affiliation with one of the World's leading Universities

The University of London is a prestigious educational establishment and by registering with the ULHS, you are recieveing a recommendation directly from the University. Although your property adverts will only be accessible to staff and students of our contributiing colleges, your Agency listing will be accessible by anyone who visits our website or asks us for a list of recommended Letting Agents.

University of London students are the professionals of the future. Many of them will continue to rent beyond University and some will look to buy in London.
